Deposit: a £25 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date.

Payments: you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance, which is due 7 prior to the event. For your convenience, payments directly by bank transfer, paypal or cheque.

Cancellations: should you need to cancel your event, to recover costs we will charge 50% of the total balance if cancellation is within 8 weeks of the event and 100% of the total within 4 weeks of the event.

Travel: We can travel across the North West, any venue outside this area, reasonable additional mileage charges, agreed in advance.

Breakages: if you or your guests break any glassware, we will require a one-off payment of £25 per item.

Quantities: we allow 100-150g of sweets per guest dependent on your chosen package.

Ingredients & Allergies: we can provide you with ingredients and allergy list for the sweets if required. We cannot guarantee that sweets have not come into contact with nuts.

Hygiene: all glassware, tongs and scoops are washed thoroughly between events and all sweets are handled hygienically with disposable gloves, clean tongs and scoops.

Insurance: we have Public and Product Liability Insurance, a copy of our certificate will be provided upon request.
